What you will learn
When designing this program, my goal was simple: to equip you with the tools and knowledge to care for your back as thoughtfully as you would tend to a cherished garden. It’s about nurturing your body, and I’ve carefully crafted a syllabus that is both informative and practical.
This course blends engaging lectures with hands-on workshops. You’ll learn five specially designed movements, along with various techniques, including breathing exercises, energy channel flexibility, and relaxation methods.
These skills go beyond just feeling good—they empower you to tackle daily activities with confidence and ease.
Each of the five movements can be practiced individually or as a connected routine, with detailed instructional videos to guide you.
The course is also designed with user-friendliness in mind, making it easy to track your progress and celebrate your achievements.

Curriculum
About Master Jie
In 2010, Master Jei was awakened and gifted with known as " Third Eye" and extra sensory perception, a connection deeply rooted in Buddhism.
With the power of his " Third Eye" and extraordinary sensory perception, he is able to identify the weakness on the human body just by sight alone. This unique talent allows him to foresee potential health risk, enabling timely preventive measures to avert negative health consequences.
Recognizing the holistic nature of the human body, Master Jie maintains a comprehensive understanding of the interconnected energy channels and meridians. He can effortlessly unblock obstructed energy flows and enhance blood circulation, ultimately fostering improved health and well-being.
Over the course of more than a decade, he has helped lots of people. In many cases when clients were unable to find effective solutions for themselves.
