During this program, you will explore various functional movements, aiming to enhance the energy flow and circulation along arms, neck and shoulders, therefore further benefit internal organs.

By engaging in these practices consistently, you will begin to notice improvements in your physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional balance. The Mindbody Boost Program is a comprehensive course that aims to empower you to take control of your health and well-being.


What you will learn


Throughout the Mindbody Boost Program, we will focus on incorporating five movements that provide a range of benefits for both the mind and body. Each movement is carefully designed to target specific areas of the body and enhance overall well-being. By understanding the benefits of each movement, you will be able to fully engage in the program and maximize your results.

This program focuses on achieving the following functions:

  • Consistently enhancing oxygen levels and promoting circulation throughout the body
  • Boosting your energy levels, making you more productive during work and daily routines
  • Strengthening your respiratory and cardiopulmonary systems.
  • Improving circulation in the arms, neck and shoulders, and further boosting energy flow along the entire back.
  •  Enhancing digestive function and boosting the immune system.


In addition to improving physical health, regular practice of these functional movements, paired with breathing exercises can support balanced mental health, reduce stress, and help cultivate a positive mindset.

About Master Jie


In 2010, Master Jie was awakened and gifted with known as " Third Eye" and extra sensory perception, a connection deeply rooted in Buddhism.

With the power of his " Third Eye" and extraordinary sensory perception, he is able to identify the weakness on the human body just by sight alone. This unique talent allows him to foresee potential health risk, enabling timely preventive measures to avert negative health consequences.

Recognizing the holistic nature of the human body, Master Jie maintains a comprehensive understanding of the interconnected energy channels and meridians. He can effortlessly unblock obstructed energy flows and enhance blood circulation, ultimately fostering improved health and well-being.
